Located in the suburbs of rural Bargarh, VCEW strives to unfold the hidden potentialities of the rural women aspiring to be complete professionals. Breasting the changing tides of time, facing all the challenges confronting the engineering education in a period of recession, VCEW strides ahead to witness some brilliant results in academics within only a year of its inception. The institution's pedagogy does not limit itself to interesting technical dimensions alone but also provides an academic ambience with a holistic approach to life. The institute is entering into the 3rd year of existence but it has the vision and mission of well set goals on a large canvass depicting the future of at least two decades.
