Srinivas, Academic Director of Vikash Educational Institutions, this big Organization has been able to inculcate the aroma of ecstasy of learning among the scholars and competitors, arousing in them and circulating the memorandum that learning is not a burden but a cause of joy and cheer with fun and frolic. Marching on the path of progress, Vikash has moved forward from a humble beginning, spreading its branches extensively. The parents feel that the governing body of institution is instrumental in transforming generations of budding aspirants into accomplished engineers, technocrats and leaders of business and society in a unique academic setting .The environment made by them fosters professional excellence and nurtures core values for a fulfilling life. So VCEW stands out distinctively as one of the most promising youngest Technical Institutes of Orissa. According them, the academic rigour and discipline continues to be the back bone of the college. Shri.D.Murali Krishna is a reflective educationist endowed with rare managerial skills and insight into the process of education. Envisioning educational systems is his passion and he has conceptualised, guided and brought up many new generation schools and colleges in different parts of the state, Odisha. He combines in him educational insights of a high order and is good at integrating larger goals of education into curriculum delivery techniques. He has won many National awards for the institutions he has headed with utmost care.
